I think you are not doing Direct stream copy, are you, which causes vdub to recompress into uncompressed format!

Out of curiousity, why not just burn the Matroska files?

Welcome to the Forum Tashi
We need some more information so we can help you.
Are you trying to convert the ogm's into VCD's or DVD's so you can play them on your DVD player? Or are you just trying to burn them onto a CD so you can watch them as MKV's later?
If it's the later, then I sugest you learn how to burn data CD's with your burner.
This is not related to containers, so I'll move this to a forum where you can get more help.

Hi, Tashi
Start VDubMod. File-Open. Select .mkv. Click Video. Select Direct Stream Copy. File-Save as... Select .ogm. Give a name to your file, Click Save, After several minutes you will have the .ogm file. Good luck.

I missed that, so he is trying to make his MKV's into DVDs. Well then follow the suggestion that Abond gave you and you should be all set.
