I've looked about and haven't found anything on this (but I could be blind).

It there a tool existant that will take and 'de-construct' a menu (perferably into a Scenarist script, bit I'll take bits/pieces)?

That is to split out..

- audio track(s) (to AC3/MPA)
- motion/static backgrounds (motion menus, still 'credits') (M2V,JPG)
- subpictures (for button highlights) (JPG)

and if a script is possible, to regenerate the linkages for reauthoring??
