Hello,

i have a dvd on my hd, and i wanted to add more selectable subtitles.
so i found the .srt file, and transformed it to .sup with srt2sup, after that i demuxed the main movie to all of its video (1), snd tracks (2) and subtitles (3) with vobedit, worked till now fine, after that i went to use ifoedit, i choose "author new dvd" and there applied all the files (video - .m2v, snd .ac3 and the subs .sup), and choose ok, ifoedit starts working, and after a while (about 40%) it comes-back and tells me : "too many framedrops" and stops.
how can i fix that? what causes the problem?

i have a athlon 1700+ 512 ddr 400, hope it not the cause of the problem.

thanks in advance
Cyb

If you search you will find many posts about the "too many frames dropped" error. It can be caused by trying to stuff too much into the program stream (ie, max bitrate exceeded) or improper time codes on a subpicture stream (which, again, causes IfoEdit to try to stuff to much into the stream in an attempt to synchronize).
