Hi all, hope someone can spare a moment to help me out.
After ripping a dvd to my hd, i then compressed it(dvd shrink) and burned to disk (clone dvd). All went well until the disc was inserted into a standalone player. The video quality was fine although there was no audio channels-i'll put this down to user erorr though i'm sure i selected the audio track to copy.Second attempt the film starts in all it's splendour, audio and video both spot on until the first chapter change...i discover although it starts off with chapter 1, it then plays the remaining chapters in the wrong order.I'm sure the answer to this is obvious. What have i done wrong in Clone dvd ???

hi and welcome to the forum,

instead of burning with CloneDVD i would recommend you try burning with either Nero in DVD video mode, or create an iso with Image Tool Classic and burn it either with Nero, or even better (and completely free) with DVDdecrypter!

to me it seems as if the ifo files were messed up in the burning process!

the advantage of creating an iso file is that you can emulate the final DVD by using Deamon Tools so you can try if all features are working as expected before burning (and probably wasting) a DVD-R
