Automatic DVD Backup of Disk Partitions

Does anyone know of any software that will automatically certain folders or partitions nightly/weekly on to DVD? I'd like to backup my source codes, documents, mail boxes, chat history, etc. onto DVD.

Aren't just the tools bundled with Windows (assume you are using it) good enough?

You can back up your whole user files, configs, personal files, etc., on any medium supported by the OS.

You can schedule it too to do it overnight. Everything out of the box.

I've never used the tools that came with Windows before. I've always used Nero. Thanks for the tidbit of information ... I'll look into it.

I use Sonic's Simple Backup, since it came with my DVD burner. It lets you pick full or incremental backups, or just specific directories. Seems to work just fine (so far).
