many frames drops!!! by using ifoEdit, why?

Hi!

Just used IFOedit to mux .m2v-file with 2 *ac3-audio streams and
2 subtitles- *sup-files , so ist like normal-standard way, but everytime after 5-10 min. i get error -message: many frames drops!
and ifoEdite crashed!

What is wrong here?
