i've spent too much time on this.. Always when doing a rip, selecting bij VOB, and when i reauthor, my audio is out of sync...
For example;) did anyone already de lion king se. the 2 pgc's where the original and the new (part)movie is in.
Or is there another way to do the lion king.. or do i miss something??
I don't need the extra angle.. it's just important to keep the 2 movie's...
using big3...
ThanXX..;)

The lion King needs to be done by vobid and not by PGC. Besides that Disney has tried to put in some fake video streams (see the fake video_ts.vob thread for that).
If you do it by vobid and do it correctlt you won't have any problems.

yep, but when importing manually into scenarist, is see that my ac3 is shorter than the video...(specially in the first vobId)
Solution for this...??
In doom9 guide's, i can't find a solution for a VOBID example.
ThanXX.;

My ac3 was shorter for angle2. I just used the audio of angle1 to fix this. No other problems than that.

The option that I chose for this title was using Maestro and IfoUpdate rather than the 'big 3'
I removed the 2nd angle with IfoEdit as the only difference between the two is that the second angle has three new names added to the credits for their part in the making of the special edition.
I ran VTS20 through DVD2AVI and encoded in CCE. This gave me a .MPV which contained vobid's 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7 in one complete stream.
Run Ifoupdate and set to adjusted mode and save the chapters. Enter this, the subtitles, the AC3's and the .MPV file into maestro and compile.
The special edition uses vobid 1,3,4,5,6 and 7 and the original uses 2,3,4,5,6 and 7
Re-incorporate the new VTS20 file back into the remaining VIDEO_TS and by running IFOUpdate in the adjusted mode you will have both the special edition and the original which play perfectly.
This took about an hour of work in setting up and a few hours to encode.
Hope this helps.
