Hi trbarry! Advice me proper way use Your plugin TomsMoComp and Frame Dbl for conversion PAL interlaced video to progressive video with double rate 50fps (as plugin SmoothDeinterlace).

yup -

FrameDbl is just for progressive source so you wouldn't want to use that here. For using a TomsMoComp script to do this see this thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=59673&highlight=tomsmocomp).
