You don't say what version your using but hears a review on DVD X Copy and DVD X Copy XPress (http://www.bjorn3d.com/_preview.php?articleID=334). Which you can burn to one dvd with DVD Xpress. Also you can read around the forum about ripping with DVD Dyrycpter and then use DVD Shrink to shrink your dvd to fit on one dvd (DVD5). Then use any DVD burning program to burn a DVD5. Good luck.

Tigger69,
Go to www.DVDShrink.info (http://www.dvdshrink.info) for good DVDShrink How-To Guides. Doom9's (http://www.doom9.org/mpg/dvdshrink3-main.htm) own guide aren't bad either.
Btw, welcome to the forum :)
