Why does it not play?

I used DVD decryptor to t/f to Hard drive, used DVD Shrink to shrink it and burnt it with CloneDVD. The resulting DVD plays in the burner, PC DVD player BUT not on the DVD connected to the TV.

Any ideas for a newbie please?
