I am looking for 4 speed +RW media. Any place I can get it in UK please? I know lower speeds are available.

bigpockets, svp communications and ukdvdr are your best bets.

None of them seem to do a 4x +RW.

well, when they are available in the uk, that's where to get 'em. have you tried emailing them? ukdvdr will get back to you really quick, from experience. out of the other two, svp are pretty decent, and BP aren't all that great when it comes to CS.
