Go to settings -> global and pick your subtitle colours. Render your sup-file (be sure to select "use global" for your subs.
Go to settings -> ifo colours. It will display the palette entries which mach your colour selection.
After you have done the vob muxing step in ifoedit, enter the colours in vts_pgciti -> vts_pgc_1.
This is how it works for me.
An alternative solution are the (commandline) dvdsuptools. They take a MicroDVD subtitle file and will render a sup file as well. Homepage is here (http://web.quick.cz/FKasparek/Software/DVD/DVDSupTools.htm).

I've done that but can you explain to me witch colors must have "Trans" checkbox and what "trans" mean? I picked colors but subtitles appear in a black border. Thanx.

"trans" is for "transparent" - you should assign that to your (black) background. You can make transparent subs (i.e. only the outline is visible), but they are rather annoying.
