Projects 1GB short (different problem)

Running CCE 2.5 SP. My first project (seems) to have worked with out any problems. But since then I've got two problems:

1) Final size of project is 3.4~3.6GB (after combining authored with original files)

2) My projects default to 1pass VBR (instead of 3pass for main movie and 5pass for extras):

Another poster told me to edit the ReAuthorist file, and change the 0 before the number of passes to a 1 and that should fix the 1pass vs. 2pass problem (testing out now). However, I'd really like to know why it's generating this 'error'.

I'm not sure what the filesize problem is. Re-authorist says the authored mux size should be ~4GB, but after encoding everything is only ~3GB.

use docce instead of batchcce and see what's the result.

Thanks that fixed it. DoCCE4U 1.0.1.5 fixed both my problems (see multipass encode problem treads). I have to manually add a hard return to the first line of the DoCCE.txt script file, but that's easy enough to do.

Now it's time to start in on NuMenu4U, and REALLY learn how IFOEdit works. Thanks for the help.

the hard return is needed because of the space in your directory name.

Don't use spaces and you'll be fine

Ok, I'll give that a try latter nothing (project is currently running). I always seem to generate/find these odd little bugs/problems that 99% of people never have :)
