I used to use an asus V7700 with VIVO SVHS/composite for displaying the output of a set top digital TV box. The application I used was ASUS Live. This worked OK for viewing but I have gone digital these days but I still need to view analogue sources from digital feeds through my VIVO input on my TI4600 nvidea based card. Unfortunately this card is from Gainward who do not provide a TV/Video monitor application. I just want to watch conventional video stored on svhs that time clashes with other digitally broadcast programs.
I have looked into DScaler and it seems to insist on a tuner prior to searching for video-in facilites.

PS VirtualDubMod Displays video OK in live capture and sound is fine. The 16:9 aspect ratio is not handled well But shown as 4:3. This is no criticism of VirtualDubMod as who else but me would use it to view wide screen video rather than transcode bloated mpeg2 into the state of the art alternatives.
What are my alternatives for viewing VI (video input) with a VIVO card?

Clearly Ivan does not wish to be 'camped' upon and held to ransom.
What does registration involve by the way?
Does anyone know how to get video in to be displayed on the screen with graphedit?
Can this feat be done with the excellent zoom player or similar players?
