Well, after trying out the newest beta of DIF4U with ReJig support built in I noticed it compressed all the files at the same rate. I ended up with on oversized project even after making changes. Also, I noticed if I loaded my project from a script in scen I would have to delete the .vif files and completely re-import the project or I had errors. I can deal with that.

There needs to be a way to get ReJig to try to scale the m2v in accordance to the bitrates DIF4U sets.

Those annoyances aside, it runs quickly and produces good video. It just needs more work to get it fully integrated, IMHO.

I think Rejig is suppose to scale according to parameters passed to it from the rejigdata.txt file. It doesn't appear the information is being passed properly. It seems to default to 70%.

Here is my work around:

DIF4U - Post processing set to Open Reauthorist (not run it).

Reauthorist - Set everything to 100%, click Author (this creates a script that assumes you aren't re-encoding. You need this to prevent the Line21 error). Also write down the percentages for each file.

Rejig - Manually start Rejig, set the percentages so they correspond with the ones from Reauthorist. Re-encode.

Rename or delete the original M2V files and rename the re-encoded files to names of the originals.

Scenarist - Import and continue as normal

Just noticed there is an updated version of Rejig. It appears to import the script better now.
