DVD Compliance warning with Nero / IFO Update

I've been seeing an error with certain backups I've done lately, using the big 3 method. I think I've diagnosed why Nero is angry, IFO Update seems to create a VTS_0x_0.VOB file of 0 bytes, if a _0 vob does not exist.

I ignore the error, and it burns and plays fine, but I could avoid the error by leaving the _0 vob out, since it's not supposed to be there anyway (?)

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

You are right. Nero reports "zero bytes" file as an error. And because standalones ignore all "zero bytes" file there is no reason for leaving these files in your compilation. So delete them and get vts sector. I discussed this with CouJo (author of ImgTool) and he confirmed this theory ;).
