external filters don't work

I am using Gordian Knot 0.28.6.2 and the AVIsynth that came with it (2.5 or something) and i can't get any external filters such as convolution3d, fluxsmooth and so on to show any results. There isn't any errors or anything when they are in the script but they don't make any difference no matter what settings are used. The built in temperalsoften however does work so I don't know whats up. Can any body help me out?

Do you put the dlls in the same directory of GK(Or loaded correctly)and removed the "#" sign starting in script?

the filters were installed by gknot so I should hope they are all in the right spot, and yes, the # have been removed (gknot does it automatically when u select a noise option). Filters used to work fine for me until i updated gknot and avisynth i think, maybe i need to completely remove traces of both and start from scratch.
