Is it possible to "fix" this clip ?

Can you help me to "fix" these clips ?

Here are 2 clips from a bad VHS source (in Huffy)

Clip1: The source has "stability" problems (Sorry, I don´t know how to explain!)

Clip2: I tried to make this clip better using:

saturation=0.95 cu=-(1-saturation*256)
ColorYUV(off_y=-2,gain_y=50,cont_u=cu,cont_v=cu,opt="coring")

, but It´s not good yet.
I´d apreciate some suggestions.

I think that are not so big (Clip1 is 2,2MB and Clip2 is 1,1MB), but if it´s necessary, I could make shorter...

Is your comment about clip2 too ?
Clip1 is really too bad, but clip2 is a "normal" clip that I don´t have enough experiense to tweak it.
