DF4U is missing the entire VTS

Hi Everyone,
I tried to search on this but couldnt fine much info so after two movies going wrong i have to get some help.
Whats happening is that i am doing everything as before on my new computer after installing all the needed programes as i used to do on my old system. After the Scenerist has finished the project i can still see one place holder for VTS2. When i check that folder that DF4U created for VTS2 there is no .mpv file only m2v file. So vts2 was never encoded by cce. Any ideas will be a great help. Pls let me know if you need to some files.

Strange problem I must say.

Is the VTS not threated at all? It get's demuxed that's clear. There's no avs script created, no subs extracted?
Is it mentioned in the ccedata.txt?
What's the name of the m2v? Is there no-cce in the name?
