AC3 encoding during video capture

Hi, I want to capture some analog video does anyone know any software that converts the video to mpeg2 and (here's the important part)the audio to AC3 2ch. during the capture, insted of having to convert the audio later?

but it does not let you customize ANYTHING.

I am looking for the same thing.
Also, when I do capture with it, my cpu% only goes to about 20%.
This is while capping at 720x480 and 224kbps AC# Audio.

I have a pretty decent machine but not great.
p4 2.8 with 1GB of ram
I am looking for a good solution to this myself...
realtime mpeg-2 & ac3 capturing AND be able to change settings like bitrate and resolution.
