Stupid question: ifoed USEFULL guide?

Well... I've seen that around there are some guides, but, also because I'm a totally newbie, I'd like to find a guide that could explain to me in deep "what's happens if I change a part of another one". :)
Can someone, before flame me ;), give me a little help? ;)

Do a search on 2Cool. He has written several guides on ifoedit. If you have a question ask him. IMO he is the next best thing to a ifoedit guru.
