Two Quick Questions

OK i have two quick questions...

1. When updating with ifoupdate i get a meassage saying something about time missmatch. Does this matter or not as its only like 1 sec difference.

2.I just backup street fighter 2 manga(pal).PGC 3 and 4 have vobids 3 and 4.Now when scenarist had finished importing i had to delete pgc 3 and 4 and re-import them manually as they where down as stills, so after re-imposting them and setting them to slide slow and placeing them back into the scenario editor where they should be andthen compileing the dvd pgc 3 and 4 now have vodids 12 and 13.How to i change that in scenarist so they have vobids 3 and 4 like the origianl ???

I think it does'nt matter about the vobids to much, but the copyright logo screen that comes up is pgc3 and last about 10 secs, but after backing the dvd up and pgc 3 now having vobid 12 its just flicks up for a second then dissapears.
Not sure what pgc4 is, dont think its anything, just commands as the track is only 00:00:00;10 long.

Or is there a way to change the vobids after there vts set is created.... i.e. change the vobid with in the ifo ?

1) time mismatch usually doesn't matter. Almost all pgcs have a slight time mismatch after reauthoring (although big differences do matter ofcourse)

2) the vobids get their number from the sequence of adding them in the scenario. SO if you have for 1,2,3 and 4 and you delete 2 and 3 and after that add different tracks in their place they'll get number 5 and 6. Those numbers do not matter though. Your dvd player won't do anything with it.

Don't think you can set the vobids manual or change them afterwards, but like said above they don't matter.

Is there any way to get them to have the same vobid as the origianl after deleteing a track and relaceing it ? if not dont worry i leave it be.

The only thing that seemed to change after pgc 3 was given vobid 12 instead of id 3 like the original is that the copyright warning was only on screen for about 1 sec where as the original was about 10 seconds.

After burning the disc plays ok, the only thing is that when it plays pgc 3 which as i said is the copyright thing it seems to seek a bit more than the original.

I think the only wau is deleting all the video from the pgs after the ones you've delted and the start adding them again in the specified order.

The reason why your copyright warning only plays for one sec (why wouldn't you be pleased with that ;) ) is I think the reason it's a slide show and the time is set differnetly then in the original.

Seek times can be slower on dvd+/- R when changing pgcs then on the priginal don't worry about it.
