Changing vob-id

How do i change vob-ids in scenarist, as it compiled my dvd but two tracks i had to delete and re-insert manually, as they was set to still frames. But because i change them the ifo now says there vobid 12 and 13, when in the original there 3 and 4. Or does'nt it matter ?

I really do not think it matters. Ifoedit should straighten everything out for you when you get the vts sectors.
