I'm running a d2v file through tmpg to do ivtc. The fps is 29.97. Should I set the frame rate in IVTC to be 24fps, or 30 fps? I'm trying to back up a DVD, and only using tmpg to do ivtc.
Also, in the Auto-Setting, what should the Setting Method be? 24 fps (Flicker prioritized), 24 fps (Motion prioritized).. etc?
