IfoUpdate after big 3

After encoding the main movie and some extras I've reached the IFOupdate part of the guide. For some reason I'm somewhat confused about it. This is what I did. Copied all of the files DIF4U outputed to the dvd files Scenarist made. In my case they were a video_ts vob/ifo/bup and a VTS_02_vob(menu)/ifo/bup. Now, the ifo/bups replaced the ones scenarist made. What I did before was backup those files Scenarist made just in case I made a mistake. Ok, then I pointed IFOupdate original which is now in the Scenarist dvd-files since I copied it there. The authored was pointed at the backup I made of Scenarist outputed files. Is this correct? I don't know since after testing the dvd I get a "Disc is not formatted to play in this region" error after pressing play in menu.

ifoupdate is correct the way u have done it. sounds like your RCE hasn't been removed OR it was set to the wrong region. Try in ifoedit region free. if that doesn't work in dvd decryptor demux the ifos and when asked for the region setting, you must put in the region that the disc was INTENDED for - usually Region1, not where it is going to be played. then make these ifos your originals and the update again.

You're making this way too hard. Do a knowledgebase search on my site for "ifoupdate" and try my method. Much simpler.
