View Full Version : Creating a mountable DVD image

Hey there. I've just acquired a load of free space so I think I'll start storing DVD images on my harddrive for now and mounting them when I want to watch them (which in the case of Donnie Darko, Pulp Ficiton and Equilibrium is *frequently* heh).

Anyway I tried making an image of DD using Alcohol 120% then mounting it with Daemon Tools, and the image refused to play. Something about copy protection. Anywhere is there a way to do this that anyone knows of? I'd prefer to be able to mount the image with Daemon Tools if that's possible.

I have Nero 6, Alcohol 120% and WinISO.

Many thanks to anyone who can help!

Use DVDDecrypter to rip to ISO, then mount the ISO with daemon tools. I've done exactly that dozens (maybe hundreds) of times, and the image plays just fine.
