Does anyone know if Nero supports 4x dvd+rw's? I picked up some Memorex 4x rw's, but they only burn at 2.4x. I can burn dvd+r's at 4x, so I don't think it's my DMA settings. Any ideas?

Well first you don't tell us what version nero you have or what drive. Which leads me to my next question does your drive support 4x burning of + RW's? Good luck.

The version of Nero I am using is 6.0.0.11. As for whether my burner supports 4x dvd+rw's, it's an HP dvd300vi, which supports 4x dvd+r's and I've burned several. In general, does a burner support 4x dvd+r's but not 4x dvd+rw's?

I believe that the dvd300vi and the dvd300i are the same and they only support 2.4x DVD+RW according to dvdrhelp. It would seem the HP dvd300vi does not support 4x +RW media. Thanks for all the input though.
