Not NTSC

I need help on this, please. I have burned a dvd twice and when i try to play it in my player I get the message Not NTSC, is this because it is PAL? If so can I convert it to play normally? I am new at this thanks.:confused: :confused:

It is probably PAL... i'm not sure how you can convert it. Maybe with pulldown.exe

I have found that it is PAL, is there a way to convert it to NTSC,
maybe using DVD Decrypter or something.

You can convert NTSC to PAL or PAL to NTSC but in my opinion it is not worth the effort. It is complicated process :(. You can look on some treads dealing with this problem:
