Hi:

Trying to bak up The Phantom Menace, using DVDShrink 3 beta 5, I relized that the text at the beginning o f the movie (the text that disspears making itself small) kept switching languages (English, Spanish). Trying to work this out, I found that in reauthoring mode and selecting only the movie (I am not interested in keeping extras and stuff like that), if I used DVDShrink 2.3 I could see two angles, one of them was the English version of the movie, and the other one (angle) was the Spanish version. So selecting angle 2 (I am a spaniard) I got the spanish text.
My question is: This feature seems to be missing in DVDShrink 3 beta 5, when I select the movie I can not see the two angles. Is this feature still there (may be hidden in a menu) or has it been left out of this verson?
As for the special subtitles (those in the part of the movie where the aliens talk, you have to select the second subtitles)
Thanks

Under one of the menu options at the top of DVDShrink will be an option to combine titles. Toggle that option to see titles that can be split and seen separately under the main movie.

Hi:

Thanks for your tip, I'll try it.

Hmmm - interesting tip - I would never have assumed that "combine titles" is the same as seamless branching.

I didn't make that association myself until I was trying to solve Kate & Leopold (theatrical in English, theatrical in French, director's cut in English, director's cut in French). DVDShrink broke out all four branches and allowed me to pull out the one I wanted. That's when DVDShrink earned its money for me (even though it is free).

I was lucky to use 2.3 for Episode II then...
