Top Field First / Bottom Field First Question

Hi, everybody:

I may be asking something obvious, but is there
a program which will tell me is video BFF or
TFF?

For example, I encoded ABBA "The Greatest"
(interlaced NTSC) with DVD2SVCD/CCE both with
TFF and BFF, and I can't tell the difference.
Or is it only me? I know that video should be
jerky if wrong order is selected, but...
