After doing some searching,I kept seeing people having terrible results,etc out of that setting in TMPEG.
I get ALOT better results using it,but....I also check the auto setting out from it and it takes about 30 minutes to produce the list of I-frames and I save it and encode......
Looks to me like Im gaining about 500Kbps in Quality from it from my last tests....
I am using the newest version.
