DVD NTSC to DVD PAL

hello
I have a DVD ntsc to transcode in PAL
someone pointed me to a method.
I rip the use dvd2avi then an avisynth script

but I can get the result I want. I have some kind of fields where I don't want to have.
Source is a movie.
I played with all the options of deinterlace but didn't get any good results.
Did someone experienced this kind of troubles and how to solve them?!
