CCE 2.67.00.10 and AVI to DVD

RB has a guide where you need to set up templates - does the latest DVD2SVCD still need you to do this?

I am having a prob where once CCE has opened the AVS file and then saved the ECL file (using ECLCCE) DVD2SVCD stops with an Index out of bounds (76) error and I can't see where I am going wrong?
