Hi
I have a problem with capture video with a pixelview card with tweaked drivers from iuvcr, I have a new mobo the asus a7v600 with the kt600 chip from via, it starts oke and begins dropping after a couple minutes, the problem is that when I swith to 768 x 576 resolution it works a lot better, but capture with 720 x 576 fails, and sometimes the picture hickups during the capture, normally I don,t capture with viewing, it was a test.
It seems that capture from a vcr it wil has more problems, the vcr is a professional one, and the video tape is okee, problem is that the most mpeg encoders don,t like 768 x 576.
this new motherboard has more problems as the old msi, I have hear that yhe sis chipset is a lot better then the via chipset.
also capture on 704 x 576 or 640 x 480 fails, only the highest resolution works.
I have a xp athlon 1800+, 512 mb ddr memory, tnt2 pro videocard (I suspect nividia because it is noet a stable card, the newest drivers are not usable for me, then drops all resolutions), pixelview wdm capture card, a7v600 asus motherboard.
