Nic´s Xvid build from 16/07/03 problem

Hi there,
Before yesterday, I used the Xvid binaries from March 30th for encoding. Now I have installed the newest version from Nic´s homepage (from 16/07/03).
Problem is that it now takes approx. 3:45h to encode the 1st pass, and the same time for 2nd pass on a Pentium 4 / 2,8. With the other build, it only took about 2:30h maximum on the same machine

Is there something wrong with this build and should I use another one?

Did u enabled any XviD options,that was not used in earlier build??

No, i´m just using it like before.
are there any notable changes (quality, new features) or can I use the March release instead?

Look that VHQ mode is disabled (Set it to 0). I don't know if that feature was present in march, but if you enable it, things will go much slowlier.
