The recent Philips chips used on Terratecs Cinergy TV cards seems to get good marks on picture quality. But the latest BT chip (the 881) is supposedly better, with better color resolution (12 bit vs 10 on Philips vs 8 on old BT878's IIRC)
Which cards would be recommended in the current state of their WDM drivers? Terratec Cinergy 400 (or with radio, the 600) or BT 881 representatives like the WinTV Go2 from Hauppauge? Do they work in shared IRQ mode (ACPI puts all on IRQ 9 in many systems)?
Need to cap via Svideo in both Pal and NTSC
