In "opened as" I mean on the dialogue box where you choose the sub file to be opened in textsub, you have a little listbox on the bottom titled "FPS" where you can choose 25, 23.976, 24 etc

How can I make them synched in bsplayer ?

I figured it had something to do with converting FPS in subs so i tried messing around with it in subtitle studio (converting to 23.976 and to 25 FPS) but no cigar

The movie is 25 fps

Thanks in advance

Try Subtitle Workshop, it includes many functions to help you with synchronization and also it's possible to change FPS.

Hi :)

I have a slight problem :

I timed a ssa file for a 23.976 fps video.

Now, I want doing a mixed FPS video with MKV (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=64314
), I must reencode video with 29,97 fps.

Now, there s the problem : How to change the timing from a 23,976 timed ssa to a 29,97 fps one ?

I tried Subtitle Workshop, but it f*ck off editing !

From

Dialogue: Marked=0,0:20:39.64,0:20:42.97,Negi_Incantation_Boy,,0000,0000,0000,,{\c&H8888ff&}{\1a&HFF&\t(0,480,\1a&H22&\1c&H8888ff&)}RAS {\1a&HFF&\t(480,620,\1a&H22&\1c&H8888ff&)}TEL {\1a&HFF&\t(1320,1870,\1a&H22&\1c&H8888ff&)}MA SCIR {\1a&HFF&\t(2170,2910,\1a&H22&\1c&H8888ff&)}MAGISTER{\c}

It outputs :

Dialogue: Marked=0,0:16:31.74,0:16:34.07,Default,NTP,0000,0000,0000,!Effect,RAS TEL MA SCIR MAGISTER

That s not what I want and I ve got more than 9,000 subtitles lines to retime and A LOT with editing :'(

And I don t talk about the openings and endings who has got some lines of more than 1000 char of editing

If there s a simple software that can just change timing on fps basis without destroying the input file, please let me know :)
