some help needed

I am trying to change a video which is mpeg2 from pal to ntsc so my standalone dvd player can read it.

I was told to use dvd2avi and create a d2v. file, and demux the sound. I looked through the threads, but cannot find how to do this. Is there a tutorial or can someone please help me. Thanks in advance.

It's about a year old, but you can try the DVD2AVI guide (http://www.doom9.org/mpg/dvd2avi.htm). It describes how to create a DVD2AVI project and demux an audio track.

You might have gotten a faster response had you used a better title for your question. It's why we have Rule #9 (http://forum.doom9.org/forum-rules.htm).
