procoder 1.5 encoding speed control?

hi,

i have upgraded to v1.5...which is supposed to have some kind of speed control for mpeg2 encoding, but where can i find it ?

Speed/Quality Mode
Mastering quality: slow but best quality
High speed: fast but worse quality

This was on Procoder 1.01.35 but I guess there's a similar setting in 1.5?

no i cant find it...i can see no difference...thats why i find it weird.there should be some kind of speedcontrol somewhere.....but where is it ?
