I get that error message now when I try to load the CCSPT.exe file on DC4U.

It means that another instance of CCE (launched through EclCCE) is already running. I'll try to remove this limitation in the next version of EclCCE, see also http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&postid=374475#post374475

Because of a lot of the automation tools. I can't say I have really thought it out, but if you were to inadvertently bring up another instance of cce it would potentially cause a problem. That may not be so, but for some reason it threw a warning flag to me so I mentioned it. Option would be good if possible. If not, i'm sure it is no big deal.
