For DP-450

-This is a huge improvement for dp-450 users, the overall concensus is that 3.11 playback using a new transcoding engine is now very very good and you shouldnt see any more stuttering.
-The DVD bug in the last firmware is fixed now.
-Also you can now stream mpg files and FF/RW on them using PClink.
There is a bug with the DHCP option in the dp-500 software if you only do a partial update. To fix it just return the player to defualts using the menu item.
