Hi,

I used to use GKnot all the time and never had a single problem, Just recently I reformated my pc and had to reinstall everything. Now I get multiple error's in GKnot and cant make a single rip.

First it was saying mpeg2dec3.dll wasnt avisynth 1.0? So I changed it to mpeg2dec.dll in options and it seemed to work fine. Then I go to encode and vdubmod says "Video Format Negotiation Failed: Use slow repack or full mode"?

I'm sure I have everything I need for it to run, I reinstalled most codecs and filters.

My guess is that you installed avisynth 2.0.8 downgrade pack after installing GK rippack. If you install 2.5.2 from rippack again - you should be fine.

P.S. I guess it's time for me to remove that downgrade from SF downloads... :)

Hi-

Well, obviously there's something screwy with the .avs. Line #51 is the LanczosResize line (if I counted correctly). Did you change the W and/or H-Modules from their default 32 and 16? It may also have something to do with the crop line, or something else I can't tell. You'd better post the .avs if you can't figure it out yourself.

You do have AviSynth 2.5.2 installed now, don't you? To make sure, make an .avs entitled "Version.avs". Inside, have just this one line:

Version()

Then open that .avs in VDubMod to confirm.

Sorry for delayed response. Anyways to save myself alot of trouble I simply uninstalled every single codec I had, then installed the GKnot Codec pack then GKnot rip pack. now it rocks again.

Thanks for trying to help.
