I have a doubt about quality between two settings. The same video encoded with 2pass (1st standard, 2nd slow/slowest) and with 1pass (slow/slowest). The quality is near in these cases?

All this proves is that for the paricular video you encoded 1-pass performs comparably to 2-pass. I can assure you that this is not always the case.
If you have video with a lot of transitions from high-motion to low-motion, then 1-pass will produce variable quality probably with more noticeable artifacts in the high-motion scenes. (this is the same for all codecs with a one-pass ABR mode). Two-pass will produce a much more consitent quality.
If I had to chose between running two passes at standard mode and one pass on slowest, I would go choose to do the two passes.

Does the quality affects if Pass 1 done in standard mode- psychovisual off and pass 2 in slow/slowest mode with psychovisual On(Light).:)
