Editing a poll

I put up a poll and i found more options are needed to be present.But when i tried to edit ,forum showed u are not a moderator and thus i could not edit.Can this be remedied?

I'm not aware of ATRAC3 till now(What is it really).If i had known i would have certainly put it along with MPC,mp3PRO,Real Audio,DTS,SDDS,DolbyDigital,DolbyPrologicII,WAV,MIDI,
......blah ...blah ....blah....(blah)raised to infinity
........and many other unknow sound formats.:D

ATRAC3 is the audio codec used in sony products, like their mini disk.

they say it's better than MP3 at any bitrates :), but from my tests, you need at least 128kbps or else it's crappy. I think you can find an ACM codec [censored by rule 6] :D

I'm in a country that like t oloose bandwith. It's not very good for movie encoding, but I can send it to you if you want. I'm not sure if I still have it...
