Aduio Sync problem Sopranos Seas.1 disc 3

Hello -
I've successfully backed up nearly all of the sopranos episodes (seasons 1,2 and 3) to svcd - 1 episode per 700 MB disc. There have been no problems, except with season 1 disc 3, episodes 10-12. The first episode on the disc turns out fine, but the last three present audio sync problems.

I should say that my technique is a little convoluted, as my PC has no DVD drive. First, I rip the DVD on my mac using DVDBAckup - this creates a nice TS_Volume folder from which I rip each individual episode using the internal routines of DVD2SVCD. As I said, this works flawlessly most of the time.

I switched on "use frame selection" to see if anything strange appeared and sure enough, before the start of the second episode a screen appears saying "texless material". I assume this has something to do with my sync problems.

Did you notice if there is a very short chapter shown in the chapter selection dropdown in the conversion tab that you could deselect? Ripping would have to be "on" to see. Also, maybe you could inset the start point using frame selection? I'm just guessing on that.

Tried both of those things, but to no avail. The sync offset certainly seems to match the length of the screen that says "textless material", so i'm pretty sure that's the problem. Watching each individual .vob file, however, shows no "textless material" frames. I'm new to these things, but since I had no problem with the other 36 episodes, I don't understand why this one would give me problems.
