I tried to encode an ac3 with besweet using oggmachine and here's what i got in the log file:

The problem is that in the ogg file there is an annoying sound that goes on for ~2 seconds. How can I get rid of that sound by inserting silence in that point?
Also, after loading both file (ac3 and ogg) in a player, I saw that the ac3 is reported 2:22:47 long, while the ogg 2:22:46. Will I have problems with the sync?
