3. Any DVD + Instant Copy 8.0

If I don't need to compress. But need to strip some streams(audio or subtitles).

Do not ask "what's best" because this question cannot be answered objectively. Each and everyone has their own view about what's best in a certain area. The best is what works best for you!

With this aside. If you are looking to get a movie backup with as little (or no) compression as you can. I reccomend cutting out the end credits, keeping only one audio stream, and if you are close you could lower the bitrate of the audio. Most movies should be able to fit at this point. Otherwise, "I" use dvd2svcd with CCE to encode. "I" think this is the best way to acheive maximum quality movie only backups.
