Problems in subtitles convertion

I'm trying to convert .srt files to DVDmaestro format.
I'm using the following process, first i convert srt to .ssa.
I open the ssa in maestroSBT, and then save them in DVDmaestro format.
Then i import them into DVDmaestro, but first of all notice that not all the subtitles are imported, and also they're completely out of synch, the final subtitles are already at the beginning of the video.
One thing that I'm sure is that the .srt subtitles are perfectly sinchronized with the movie...
I fear I'm not setting the correct parametes in MaestroSBT.

Well i found out what the problem was, I need to increase one hour in srt subtitles, in order to respect DVDMaestro timecode.

With subs you can reset the timecode to the left of the video stream, then import your subs fine, that's what I always do. Doesn't work for chapter lists though.
