Hi,
I am trying to convert avi files to DVD's and I can't seem to accomplish that,
Every time I try I get an error somewhere, sometimes its at the audio convertion, sometimes at the CCE parts and most times when the Sonic scenario is trying to create the vob files or the image.
I am using windows XP pro as my operating system, the latest DVD2SVCD 1.2.1 Build 2 Bundle CCE 2.62 and I am adding external subtitles with the Arial font,
What am I doing wrong?

David,
You would need to tell us what the error is before anyone could hope to tell you how to fix it.

hey i can convert successfully and get a mpv file (i think) and a sound file mpg (i think). i then convert these with ifoedit to make .vob files etc. so far so good, problem now comes when i try to burn to DVD. it says the file is too big for the disc
does anyone know how to reduce the size of the files ?
ps how do u install Sonic scenario i have it but it wont install, says something about a dongle and not being able to read it !!!! if i had this proggie working i presume it would make the images for me!!!
edit..........seem to have got sonic working, gonna try encoding tonight
ps i think i know what i done wrong with the file being too big, i must have had it set on a DVD-r disc instead of a DVD+R DOH
