Requests for copyrighted material (including subs) are not really welcome on this board ...
What excactly do you mean by "installing subs"? Do you want to author a DVD including the new subs, create an .avi or svcd or simply play back the subs?
Subtitles come in various flavours, text-based and image-based (like vobsub). SSA (i.e. text) subs can displayed during playback if you use DVDSubber or DVDSynth (the latter is quite beta and apparently no longer developed).
Vobsubs are essentially stripped-down vobs - you can process them using any subtitle tool capable of dealing with vobs. I have no experience adding vobsubs (via dvobsub) on-the-fly during playback, can't give you any advice there.
Media player Classic (mpc) can also add external subs during playback ...

It's legal to make ur own subs and then add them to the dvd (see the sticky). I don't think it's legal to dl the subs someone else made and I'm sure U will encounter probs both on sync and on lenght.
If the dvds U bought have english subs U may extract them and translate them and ten re-encode the dvd as stated under the sticky.
The reason we don't want peeps giving away sites where U may find subs or whatever is there will be a legal reason to close this site.
We are not a warez board: remember this please !
